Los Angeles is just one win away from securing the 2013 NL West title and they can do it at the expense of their division rival Diamondbacks on their home field. They send Ricky Nolasco to the mound with a record of 8-2 and an ERA of 2.63. Against Arizona this year, Nolasco is 3-0 with an ERA of 0.83.
Arizona Diamondbacks: Preventing a clincher
Arizona has done as much as possible to prevent the Dodgers from clinching the 2013 NL West title on their home field by winning two of the first three games of this four-game set. A loss this afternoon would eliminate the Diamondbacks from the NL West field and clinch the division title for the visiting Dodgers.
