Stampeders Regroup After Costly Week Two Loss
With "The Greatest Outdoor Show On Earth" rocking the Stampede City, the Calgary Stampeders are on the road for a second straight week. After their impressive 38-10 Week One win over these same Alouettes, the Stamps fortunes crashed and burned early last weekend. Calgary lost starting QB Drew Tate, on the second series, in a 39-36 loss to the Argonauts in Toronto. Veteran QB Kevin Glenn now starts for the Stamps.
Alouettes Look Impressive In Their CFL 2012 Home Opener
Montreal reloaded and took their frustrations out on Winnipeg with 41-30 home win in Week Two. Alouettes veteran QB Anthony Calvillo rebounded from a poor opening day performance as he exploded for 443 yards and three passing touchdowns against the Blue Bombers. The Als are always tough at home with a 14-5 record in their last 19 regular season games. Calgary won 32-27 in Montreal during Week 19 last season.
