Rock solid defense defines the Nashville Predators
Leading the National Hockey League with just 46 goals allowed over 23 games, Nashville has surged to the top of the Western Conference. The Predators (16-5-2) are tied with Pittsburgh and Detroit for the least losses in the NHL. Coming off a 1-6-0 skid, Carolina split a pair of weekend games against the powerful Penguins as they won 4-2 on Friday and lost 3-2 on Saturday.
